Session 2: Meet the Shapes of the Sky
- Learn basic shapes used in aircraft (circle = wheels, triangle = wings)
- Kit Activity: Assemble a snap-fit plane using soft components
Session 3: Let’s Build & Name Our Plane
- Guided assembly of a colorful foam model airplane
- Kids name their models and decorate with stickers
Session 4: Play & Learn Flight Paths
- Learn what is up/down/left/right using simple throw-and-glide exercises
- Controlled soft indoor flight test
Session 5: Tinker Show Day
- Exhibition of models made by each child
- Participation certificates and fun quiz (visual questions)
Module-2
Basic Applications in Motion & Electronics
Session 1: Let’s Explore the Sky
- Introduction to types of aircraft (planes, helicopters, gliders)
- Interactive quiz and model demonstration
Session 2: Parts of a Plane
- Learn about fuselage, wings, tail, and wheels
- Labeling activity with model diagrams
Session 3: Build a Basic Plane (Screw-and-Fit Kit)
- Safe guided assembly using hand-tight screws
- Practice balancing and proper alignment
Session 4: Story Flight Activity
- Role-play your plane’s mission (Rescue mission, cargo drop, sky adventure)
- Add creative stickers and ID tags to models
Module-3
Introduction to Flying Simulators & Radio Controllers
- Basics of RC (Radio Control) operation
- Use of flight simulators for planes and drones
- Selection and handling of various model aircraft and drones
Module-4
Introduction to Multicopter (Drones)
- Introduction to quadcopters and Multicopter concepts
- Assembly of wooden drone kits
- Live flight of basic drones
Session 1: Testing & Modifying
- Gentle hand-launched testing
- Simple wing and tail adjustments to see how it flies
Session 2: Maker Carnival
- Mini group flying contest
- Display session with certificates and feedback
Module-5
Fixed-Wing Aircraft Fundamentals
Introduce real-world principles of flight, model design, and functional model plane building with interactive problem-solving.
Key Focus Areas:
- Aerodynamics fundamentals (lift, drag, thrust, weight)
- Working with tools and materials (foamboard, balsa wood, screws)
- Introduction to electronics (for optional motorized kits)
Session 1: The Science of Flight
- Interactive demo: How planes stay in the air (with real-time examples)
- Discuss 4 Forces of Flight
Module-6
Design, Build, Test & Fly – Coroplast (Coro) Planes
Session 1: Aircraft Components and Materials
- Learn about structure: Wing design, airfoil, stabilizers, landing gear
- Hands-on: Test wing profiles using small fan or wind tunnel
Session 2: Blueprint to Build
- How to read simple aircraft diagrams
- Sketching their own plane on a template
Session 3: Building the Frame
- Guided model construction with foam board/balsa kit
- Aligning wing, fuselage and control surfaces
Session 4: Adding Functional Elements
- Optional motorized propeller
- Control surface demo (rudder, elevator)
Session 5: Trial & Error Testing
- Gliding test flights and observation of flaws
- Fixing wing angles or tail misalignments
Session 6: Advanced Model Enhancement
- Introduction to basic electronics (battery, motor, switch)
- Safety and circuit connection basics

- Final demo flights and peer presentations
